West End Gate

Designed by Architect Scott Brownrigg Ltd and Squire & Partners, West End Gate combines contemporary architecture with traditional craftsmanship. Main contractor and developer Berkley Homes will deliver 812 residential apartments next to Edgward road station, with the wider development featuring retail and amenity space.

The development ranges between 4 and 14 storeys and includes 8 shops, a restaurant and a new public plaza. The development aims to compliment the surrounding period buildings by combining traditional Georgian architecture with contemporary homes designed for the 21st Century.
