Maintenance

CFS rotating eye is used to transport precast elements with socket anchors. It is designed for inclined lifting operations up to 90°. It is also our most durable option for lifting operations.

Installation

CFS plastic nail plate is cost-effective method for affixing lifting and fixing sockets  to the timber formwork.  The plastic recess plate produces a recess into which a lifting loop or a rotating eye can be threaded.

The CFS plate made from stainless steel allows for the secure sealing of a threaded anchor that has been fitted with either the CFS Magnetic or Recess Disc.

The bend diameter D according to EN 1992-1- 1 is not mandatory. 

The anchorage reinforcement must be in full contact with the bottom edge of the hole. 

Reducing the rebar length is permitted; the ends of rebar must be bent into hooks.
