Cast-in anchor channels

MBA short cast-in channel in Duplex

With better corrosion resistance, twice higher yield strength and 18 % more rigid than conventional stainless steel, temperature resistant, and higher fatigue strength, Duplex cold-rolled channels are the perfect solution for applications with static tension and where shear loads in two directions. This version is particularly designed to attach witches hats.

Applications and features

Applications:

  • This is a channel for a special case where a 52.34 channel is used with shorter 50/31 anchors to allow placement in a 150mm thick panel.
  • The captive locking plate is used to allow the connection of the threaded bar for our witches hat system.

Features:

  • MOSO channels are manufactured from, lean Duplex steel 1.4362 which is technically superior to the A2/A4 steels.
  • Better corrosion resistance, twice higher yield strength and 18 % more rigid than conventional stainless steel, temperature resistant, and higher fatigue strength.
  • Easy and flexible installation on the construction site saves time and money.
